MBS Tutoring is offering a 4 week art class (1.5 hours per session). In this foundation of art class, you will learn the basics of drawing and painting.

Topics covered will include:

• Contrast
• Color theory
• Composition
• Shading
• Proportion

Over the 4 weeks, students will complete one drawing and one painting.

Materials needed:

• Pencil/Eraser
• Acrylic paints: blue, yellow, red, white, black
• At lest 3 different size brushes
• Paper
• Paper towels or an old rag
• Cup of water for rinsing brushes
• Ruler
